The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Comprehensive Master Plan is being developed to emphasize the future physical development of the Shipyard by providing design guidelines and policies for current and future capital improvements to the facilities, ground and infrastructure.

The master plan will ensure consistency to development standards over the next 30 years, while weaving together mission, policy, architecture, sustainable design, infrastructure, landscape and environment. As part of this project schematic building designs have been developed for capital improvement projects outlined for implementation within the next 5 years.
