This is a forty thousand square foot corporate headquarters and distribution center originally designed and built for a computer component sales company. It is located in Newington, New Hampshire.

The design includes sixteen thousand square feet of executive and general office space with the remainder of space utilized for stocking and distribution of computer chips and other equipment. Unique features of the design include a large clerestory light well, an employees gymnasium and cafeteria and a high level of interior finishes and details. The property is now under the ownership of Wilcox Industries.
