McHenry Architecture was commissioned to complete the interior fit-up for the common spaces throughout the building, including the corridors, bathrooms and stairwells, as well as several office suites at the Martingale Wharf Building on Bow Street, Portsmouth, NH.

We were able to employ several local woodworkers and finish carpenters to fabricate and install the array of mahogany wood detailing in the design. The wood detailing and nautical theme is present throughout the waterfront building creating a consistent space that reflects the maritime history of the site and surrounding context.
