This is a new residence overlooking the Cape Neddick River and estuary in Cape Neddick, Maine. The presence of a huge oak tree and considerable wetland setbacks on two sides represented the major site restrictions. We were able to overcome these constraints by creating an efficient layout of spaces, emphasizing the height of spaces and utilizing steep-pitched roofs.

A half-round sunroom and traditional entry porch add to the exterior composition to create an inviting and comfortable home that is spacious given the challenging site.
