Circle Furniture Interior Fit-Up

As an extension to our 40 Bridge Street project, Circle Furniture approached us to finish the interior of the grade level commercial unit to become their first New Hampshire location. This unit had several challenges along the way however, it was beautifully finished under the general contracting of Martini Northern. Through collaborating with CSI Engineering for the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing designs the unit is now energy efficient and economical for the needs of Circle Furniture. 

Several highlightable design elements of this project are the entry stair with large walnut treads and cable guardrail, fully polished concrete throughout the showroom, cedar fenced patio enclosure, contemporary ADA compliant restroom, a flexible panelized "sconce" wall to display multiple sconces at any one time, and a minimalist yet highly flexible lighting layout for multiple chandelier placements/weights and ample sleek track lighting.
