603 Brewery

603 Brewery is designed by McHenry Architecture as the first in a series of Phase One buildings for Woodmont Commons in Londonderry, New Hampshire.  The project owner and developer of Woodmont Commons is Pillsbury Realty Development, LLC, for the planned 600+ acre mixed-use Live, Work, Play community.  Harvey Construction of Bedford, NH was the construction manager for the building, completed in the summer of 2019.

The building is approximately 18,000sf and includes manufacturing space for the production, bottling and shipping of all 603 Brewery beers.   In addition to the brewery, a large beer hall for food and beverage service, patio outdoor dining and the required offices and support spaces are included.  The construction is primarily within a pre-engineered, insulated metal panel, steel frame structure.
