The Third Street Dover building is a mixed-use three story urban infill building in downtown Dover, New Hampshire. It incorporates the first floor space for occupancy by a bank tenant while the upper floors are to be seven two level residential units. The building adjoins an existing structure and comprises a gross area of approximately 15,300 square feet. The first floor will also include two bays for drive-through banking functions. The exterior style of the design evokes architectural context of it neighborhood. A sprawling nineteenth century brick clad mill complex dominates the center of the city. The residential units each feature an open floor plan, balconies and a custom kitchen on the lower living level and two bedrooms with private baths on the upper level.
