The renovation of 57 State Rd in Kittery Maine will be the new home of Seaport Fish. The existing building is being transformed into an exciting fish market and restaurant that compliments the Route 1 corridor, adding to the vibrancy of the Kittery community.

The addition of the timber frame structure and entry creates a visually dramatic design element that also provides added daylighting and natural ventilation. The material selection and added volume of the new entry harkens back to the days of the open-air seaside fish markets.
