This is an eleven thousand square foot medical office building that includes related medical tenants; the Thoracic and Vascular Associates, Seacoast Prosthetics Group and the Frisbee Hospital Sleep Disorders Laboratory. The facility is located along the ‘Medical Mile’ in Somersworth, New Hampshire.

There is a shared waiting room with a curved wood ceiling that adjoins a landscaped exterior courtyard and other common facilities. The building has a deep overhanging roof and exterior walls that feature a brick base and a series of brick piers surrounded by wood trim and shingle detailing.
