This project involved the complete renovation of a late nineteenth century oceanfront home in York Harbor, Maine. The interior of this rambling nine thousand square foot structure was almost completely gutted, save for some of the millwork. The design included new trim, flooring, a new kitchen and all new mechanical and electrical systems. On the exterior, dormers were added as well as a second floor deck and porch. In addition to new landscaping, a curving staircase was designed to create a new entry.
