Brandon Holben, project architect at McHenry Architecture, has passed the latest 2.2 version of the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) examinations. A new role for Brandon in the firm is to help guide other staff members in achieving the same status. It is the goal of the firm to have all design members LEED accredited or on the path to accreditation. This will be a first for any architectural firm in New Hampshire or Maine, but is an effort that we see as essential to the future of the built environment.

A fundamental aspect of the project is that the architecture, brewing process and landscape design will be integrated throughout to be consistent with the principles of sustainable design with the goal of seeking LEED certification.
