This project involved the complete renovation of an 1880’s Queen Anne style Victorian residence in an historic neighborhood of Portsmouth, New Hampshire. The design called for the careful restoration of the interior finishes and new mechanical and electrical work. A new kitchen and dining room addition were designed and built at the rear of the home, that included a large curved bay window, custom kitchen millwork, period details, columns and a new stair. Also, the basement, open to the rear yard, was renovated to create finished laundry, mechanical and studio space.
