Selected Projects: Educational & Municipal

Dover Alternative Learning Facility, Dover, New Hampshire
A new 8,000 square foot alternative high school facility on a high school campus. This is a unique building program that responds to the requirements of special needs students. Worked in concert with a diverse building committee on a Design/Build basis with Whitcher Builders.

Addition to Dover High School, Dover, New Hampshire
A 10,000 square foot addition to the existing high school that consists of eight classrooms, including two that may combined by a moveable wall, with offices and accessory spaces.

Union Congregational Church, York Beach, Maine
Additions and renovations to historic Shingle Style church, to include 4,800 square feet of classrooms, a new Fellowship Hall and kitchen in a style consistent with the original building.

Rochester United Methodist Church, Rochester, New Hampshire
Construction of a new two-story 9,000 square foot classroom building that adjoins an historic church structure. The connection to the church required a new elevator for handicap access to the sanctuary. Other new offices and meeting rooms were included in the design.

Portsmouth Christian Academy, Dover, New Hampshire
Preliminary Master Planning for an expanded campus. The design calls for the construction of three classroom buildings, a new gymnasium, expanded playgrounds and a conference center.

Unitarian Universalist Church, Portsmouth, New Hampshire
New handicap accessibility, offices and expanded classroom facilities for South Church, a National Register Historic Building. Design and oversee fabrication of an organ façade and furnishings that compliment the Greek Revival building with its Victorian era interior.

City of Somersworth, New Hampshire, Downtown Renovation Guidelines
Develop a storefront renovation standards at targeted buildings along four city blocks, in conjunction with the city Planning Office and the Corporation for Enterprise Development.

Portsmouth Public Library, Portsmouth, New Hampshire
Master Planning provided for the municipal building committee that creates the criteria and codifies and ranks twelve potential building sites in various parts of the city.
