Selected Projects - Residential

Janer Residence, Cape Neddick, Maine
A new residence overlooking the Cape Neddick River and estuary, it wraps around a huge oak tree. The home totals 3,200 square feet and features steeply pitched roofs and a half-round sunroom and porch with large open interior spaces.

The Elijah Locke House, Rye, New Hampshire
Renovations and additions to eighteenth century home on the National Registry of Historic Homes. 2,500 square foot addition to replace existing barn structure with similar structure to house new kitchen, master bedroom suite, living room and home office.

Mayo Residence, New Castle, New Hampshire
A new residence in the Historic District of New Castle overlooking the harbor and a Coast Guard Station. This 3,400 square foot project on a difficult corner site combines a Federal Period exterior with an open plan interior and sunroom, a garage and second level decks.

Peterson Residence, York Harbor, Maine
Complete renovation and additions to historic oceanfront 9,000 square foot home overlooking the entrance to York Harbor, featuring a second floor veranda and curved stone staircase.

Sherburne House, Portsmouth, New Hampshire
Complete renovation and additions to a National Register historic home. Conversion of this Georgian property back to a residence with reproduction of original ornamental details.

Parker Residence, South Berwick, Maine
A new 2,100 square foot home for a landscape architect and an artist. A design sensitive to its wooded setting, using super-insulated design technology in a rustic but contemporary style.

Auty Residence, Durham, New Hampshire
Renovations and additions to a 4,500 square foot house on the Great Bay waterfront. The design maximizes the views and adds bedrooms and baths to the second level.

Koleman-Brode Residence, South End, Portsmouth, New Hampshire
An award winning restoration with additions to an historic three story Georgian home.
Extensive masonry restoration, historical investigation and historic compliance required.

Kirkpatrick Residence, South Street, Portsmouth, New Hampshire
