Thoracic and Vascular Associates Medical Offices, Somersworth, New Hampshire
A new 11,000 square foot medical office building that includes three related medical office tenants. There is a shared waiting room with a curved wood ceiling that adjoins a landscaped exterior courtyard and other common facilities. The building has a deep overhang roof with a brick base and a series of brick piers with wood and shingle detailing.
Great Bay Oral Surgery, Somersworth, New Hampshire
New medical offices and surgical procedure rooms that total 9,000 square feet. This design of the original structure included the master planning for the site for future additions. The 4,000 square foot addition was completed in 2002 with renovations to the waiting and office areas.
Berwick Medical Services Building, York Hospital, Berwick, Maine
This project required the recycling of an existing modular offices building for moving and reuse on a new site. The exterior image of the building was completely upgraded and the interior was rebuilt for a new set of tenants.
Dr. Robert W. Christian Dental Facility, Somersworth, New Hampshire
A new 4,000 square foot office for general dentistry. The design includes 5 operatiories, waiting and consulting rooms, offices, an employee break area and laboratory facilities. The building features a partial exterior stone veneer façade and a ‘porte cochere’ entry.

This is the interior design fit-up for a 3,000 square foot facility for the design, construction and testing of prosthetics equipment. Offices and patient rehabilitation areas are included.
Medical Mile Offices, Somersworth, New Hampshire
New medical offices on two levels that total 16,500 square feet. The design allows for parking and landscaping on both sides of the building with separate entrances. The project is fully permitted but as yet unbuilt.
