This is a seventeen thousand square foot, three story building completed in 1998 to house a corporate headquarters office. A new entry and elevator lobby is located in the adjoining building and the upper floors of the two buildings are connected. Located in the Historic District in midtown Portsmouth, this building incorporates an existing brick structure and features late nineteenth exterior detailing, a curved brick façade and a grade-level parking structure.
