There are eighteen condominium units in the top three floors of the 18 Congress building, each unique in layout, ranging in size from twelve hundred to twenty five hundred square feet. The four images displayed here represent the variety of interior design expressed in three of the units. One owner sought to create as much open space as possible, while adding an interior brick veneer and skylights for an urban loft feel. Another created a contemporary look with a crisp white and stainless steel motif in finishes and furniture. Still another sought the warmth of the traditional in the use of substantial wood mouldings and casework throughout.
